best services

Everything! Overall excellent service and quality! Highly satisfied customers!

I had some pretty disgusting stains on the carpet from animal urine to craft glue and the technician removed it all. I was hoping for clean stains but it looks like new carpet.

You do a great job! The carpet looks great and smells so nice. The service is done in a timely manner.

I love the all natural, chemical free cleaners. My house smells like fresh laundry hung out to dry on the clothes line. The service is incredible. I had 2 spots on fairly new carpet that my new puppy has marked. I had used my Kirby shampooer serveral times on these spots and could not get the urine smell out. The technician from Zerorez spent awhile going over and over these 2 spots and succeeded. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he loaded up his equipment and left. I am one happy customer. I highly recommend Zerorez. Finally a company that has very knowledgeable technicians and really cares about their customer. Thank You Zerorez. I will definitely be using your services again.

The cleaning solution is very effective. I can see such a difference in the grimiest of areas.

Zerorez cleaning brought my carpet back to life :>)

My carpet was a mess so a complete rescue was not realistic. However, I had just dusted everything in preparation for the arrival of new furniture after the carpets were cleaned. I was surprised to find a layer of very fine white dust on everything on the two floors where the carpets were cleaned. This was unexpected from a company which calls itself "Zerorez"...there may not be any chemical residue left behind but the white dust definately qualifies as "residue" to me. Should I be concerned about this residue other than the dusting again?

I called a couple of times and spoke with different people and they knew what they were talking about. Then I was constantly updated about the date and time. I wanted an early afternoon spot on a certain day but was told a later time on the same day. It ended up they were able to come out earlier and called to make sure it was okay! The service technician ( the guy who cleaned the carpets) was courteous, knowledgeable, and presentable. What I like best is that all the stains came out of the carpet!

Carpets looked great and didn't take a long time!

Our carpet was ten years old with many obvious stains and Zerorez got out everything except a cooking oil stain on our rec room carpet and it actually did make it look a lot better.

on time, friendly, and does a great job getting the job done

A very good job was done getting my carpets cleaned, they looked great after zero rez came.

There were no chemicals used.

Lee was very polite and knowledgable of the carpet cleaning business. I was not planning on getting the pet treatment due to financial limits but I'm glad that I did include this in the den area. There wasn't a huge amount of actual stains but the whole den smells so much nicer. I will definitely reccommend Zerorez and absolutely request Lee for my next job.

The young man who cleaned our carpets and unfortunately I forgot his name and I hate that I did that but he was very professional and friendly. I appreciate that he had such an excellent customer service attitude.

Fast, on time, convenient, friendly and not too pushy to upsell.
