I was thoroughly impressed by Zerorez. The technician was very professional, informative, and on time. The entire cleaning process was completed in a very timely manner and I was amazed that my carpets not only looked brand new but that they were not soaking wet and I was able to walk on them immediately. Only issue is the "trip fee". I saw the fee online and the tech mentioned it again. However I don't think a fee for "not using our water" is acceptable really. I haven't had a carpet cleaning service use my water in over 10 years and they do not charge a trip fee.

I like that you say there is no residue, though I need time to see if it appears to actually be the case. I'm very happy with the service and the immediate results. The only thing remaining to be seen is if the carpet still looks good about a month after cleaning. Within that approximate time period, I often see stains and such return; that's what makes me switch to a different service next time. Hope that will not be the case here.

My carpet looks great - much better than the last time I had it cleaned (by a different company). I also had a sofa cleaned and I'm so glad I did. It is bright, almost new-looking and it is almost 10 years old. Eric did a fantastic job - he's focused on pleasing the customer and I'm certainly happy with the results of his work.

The alkaline water cleaning process impressed me most, afterwards, there was no odor, no wet carpet, or after odor. The service provider Matt Craft was fast and efficient. Matt did a great inservice and education re-affirming the products and their benefits.

I like the idea that your products are GREEN. I have a small toddler and I do not like to introduce chemicals to her environment so I was very impressed on how well my carpet came out without the use of harsh chemicals.

I've had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer and other carpet cleaning services before. This is actually the first time that I've had my carpet cleaned and I actually can no longer smell the urine from my dogs. Great job! I will never use another carpet cleaner other than zerorez ever again!
