The technician was very nice, knowledgable, and willing to work around small children. We did our best to keep our daughters out of his way but he was more than happy to talk to them and explain what he was doing. We have hardwood floors so he was careful to clean up any water that hit the floor and he wore disposable covers on his shoes in order to keep from tracking in dirt or debris into the house. Our furniture has never looked so good, even when we first purchased them! We will be having Zerorez come back and do more cleaning at our house again.

Danny was great; very professional, courteous and prompt. My carpet and sectional sofa are immaculate. Since you don't use chemicals, I don't have that residual chemical smell, just the smell of "clean". I'm also not worried about my family rolling around playing on the floor.

No oder it cleaned the carpet and made it stand up again, the tech was greart. I'm still waiting on my in home cleaning kit that was advertised with the service specail

I like that is quick and it smells so good. The guy you send out was very courteous and caring.

I like the fact that even twoweeks later, there is no sign of residue and the rooms still small fresh. I had a problem with cat urine odor and this has helped tremendously!
