It works.I'm happy because of the results of my carpet feeling clean and looking clean. When used in the worst areas of traffic in my home,I was surprise that stained areas were completely gone. Prices are a bit over the top, but Zerorez works.

Lee & Ryan were very professional and courteous. They did an great job of removing stains that we did not think would come out of our carpet. We knew exactly what the price was before they started work. They were in and out in about 2.5 hours. There were no surprises.

Carpet and area rugs felt soft and not stiff from cleanser residue like they have in the past. I even tested it by taking a wet white cloth and rubbing the carpet to see if dirt would come off on the cloth and it didn't!! I feel safe putting my 9 month old down to play on it without a blanket now.

Non-toxic, but very effective cleaning. Kyle Johnson was our technician, and he was awesome. Very polite, professional, and he did a great job. We were his last stop in the evening, and he did not rush through, just to finished for the day. He did a fantastic job. We are now planning on having Zerorez out quarterly. Thanks Zerorez...and thanks Kyle. You can have a great product, but if the people delivering the product give bad customer service, then I think that it really doesn't matter, not to me. Looks like you have both!

I especially liked the throughness(is this a word?) of the technician. The products seem to work well and the drying time was good. I did think the services were a little expensive.

I thought the process to book the appointment was easy. Zerorez came highly recommended, and they took care of carpets in our home that had gone through forclosure, and they look great! Very satisfied with the results.

thank you for coming back to finish the master bedroom. all of my carpeting looks wonderful now and I am pleased with the final results. The upstairs carpeting is quite old and WHITE Berber. It had alot of wear and tear. Two teens, five grandchildren and lots of dogs in 25 years. It now looks almost like new. Of course edges and corners still show wear, all of the stains are gone and we are happy with an ALMOST new looking carpet.

The service techs are on time and very professional. When I use Zerorez to clean my carpets, they seem to stay cleaner longer and the carpet does not seem so wet! When I cheat and use other carpet cleaners, the carpets take much longer to dry and do not seem to stay as clean.
