My technician, Richard, was very professional and polite. He did a thorough job and didn't rush to complete it. He worked diligently on the pet stained areas of my carpet. He is the best technician I have had. I would recommend Zerorez above any other carpet cleaning service I have used in the past.

The appointment was confirmed prior to the day then again called when in transit to my home. The process is very quick and the results are fantastic. After trying many other carpet cleaning services I know after using Zerorez twice that I will no longer look anywahere else for this service.

First of all, I loved my technician Aaron. He was superb. He was thorough, honest, kind and a hard worker. He did a great job and was terrific about explaining the benefits of your products.
