I like the idea of no soap going on the carpet. The carpets look clean and I'm comfortable knowing that they are clean and stay cleaner longer. I also like that when the Zerorez guys showed up, I told them what I wanted done and they did exactly what I asked.In fact, they actually recommended that I not have one of the bathroom floord cleaned due to some crumbling grout between the tiles. I'll have that repaired and call them back out to finish the job!

Unlike other carpet companies I've used I really think Zerorez works in getting up dirt and getting the carpets really clean. The techincian we used was wonderful and I will use him again. I believe his name was Dustin.

The most impressive thing that I noticed was how my carpet had that "new fresh look" again. I am sure this is due to the natural products that you use and the method used. I was a little upset because a couple of places were missed that I pointed out to the nice gentleman that did the cleaning. For the amount I paid, I wish these places were gone. I assume they were overlooked, it was not from my pets, so I would believe these places should have came clean easily. I would still you Zerorez again, would not use any other carpet cleaning service.
