Once I made Zerorez aware of the problem, I immediately received a call from Rich who is the Customer Service Manager in my area who was extrmely polite and listened to my concerns. Rich proceeded to let me know that they valued me as a customer and that customer service was their top priority. Rich quickly scheduled the tehnician to come back to my home to redo the troubled areas and it looks fantastic. Kudos to the team!

I'm a military retiree and we had indoor pets for several years. I've cleaned carpets many
times with my Hoover Steam Cleaner, and even tried the Chem Dry companies before. Your technicians Lee and Mike arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time looking clean and professional. They explained their empowered water no residue process. They started with the master bedroom and even removed a stubborn rust stain from a sofa sleeper rail in the den. Before they left the bedroom was just about dry to the touch. I was extremely pleased with no residue smell and the quick drying. The price was as advertised, and they were in and out in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend zerorez to my friends. Thanks

Well the first service didn't go so well. The first guy cleaned my dingy carpet in about 45 minutes, collected a check and left the carpet really soaked. But when you sent Dustin, he did an excellent job and didn't leave until he was certain that the carpet was its absolute clean and that we were satisfied with the carpet cleaning he did. Thank you for the quick reponse. You have a very courteous and professional employee in Dustin, and because of him I will be using your services again.

I like the environmentaly friendly products, but they did not prove to take care of the cat urine smell and stain in my carpet. I will continue to use zerorez for the overall performance and professional approach to their service.The service tech worked diligently to take care of the problem, but to no avail.
