Id never used a carpet cleaning service before, and this was a great experience. I love the fact that is has no chemicals (I have a small pet that is sensitive to that). The service man who did my carpet explained everything soo well and he was very respectful of my home (he put little slippers on) and had me do a look over after he completed the cleaning - he was GREAT!!!
