As the tech said, the spots may not get any better, I still held Zerorez to their word of a free revisit. I like the front end customer service before the appointment. They made sure the various time frames would work. Thus far the carpets look great and the care that the technician took with his equipmetn in our home was good to see. I love the "wall corner protectors", previous companies have marked up the wall corners. Good forward thinking and plannin on the part of Zerorez. First name removed definately use them again.

The service was great even early. Terry did a great job and was very careful around the woodwork and walls. My carpet look nearly new and it is the original carpet that was installed in 1996.Friends have asked me what I thought and I let them know how satisfied I was with Zerorez. I used your service in 2007 that is why I knew that your service was what I wanted.
I was very impressed with the knowledge of the Technician. I was also very impressed with how clean the carpets & rugs were after they were cleaned. The stains were gone & the carpets dried very quick with no stickiness or tacky feeling.

The rep. was very professional. Everything to be done was explained prior to performing the cleaning. The time to do the job was less than I expected. The company called ahead of time and emailed me in advance of my appointment. The rep. telephoned me to let me know he was in the area and what time he would arrive. He arrived at the exact time stated.
I am very pleased and plan to use Zerorez in the future. I have recommended the company to a relative.

Truth in advertising! I admit I was skeptical at first -- I've tried many carpet cleaning products and services in the past and none of them got the carpet looking like new. Zerorez delivers.
How quickly it dried and how there was no odor left, only freshness.
The technicians were courteous and while they did make suggestions for other products, they were not pushy.
Though expensive, they are very thorough and professional. I had carpet and an area rug cleaned and both cleaned up quite nicely. I don't think any other carpet cleaner could have cleaned my carpet as well as zerorez.

Friendly attendant, very professional, arrived in a timely fashion and advised me on what would be done. He worked quickly and the carpeting looked like new - not one stain. Excellent experience. This was a gift to my precious sister-in-law, so I was super sensitive that the end results would make her happy. She was delighted!
