We had a very tough carpet to clean with a lot of stains and pet urine. Satisfied with the stain removal overall. There were a couple of spots that refused to be removed. Can't say the odor was removed to our satisfaction but as stated before, very tough job.

Customer service was EXCELLENT. We had a few spots we had neglected to point out and Rich, the customer service manager who has a great radio voice, scheduled a follow-up with no problems. Our technician, Charles, was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He gave us great tips on how to maintain the carpet for the future. We had been using an Oreck cleaning powder that was only hiding stains while leaving behind a residue. The service was exemplary, and our carpet looks brand new. We are very happy with Zerorez and their service. We will definitely be using them again for future cleanings.

Two dogs and a cat wreaked havoc on my hallway. An hour after Zerorez left, the stains and smells were gone. Thank you so much!

There were no harsh chemicals used, the carpets were very clean afterwards and the stains were all removed. Zerorez also cleaned my area rug for free! I had a situation where I had to cancel the cleaning of the rug due to the costs/ because I had another bill that had to be paid around the same time/ and after explaining the situation to Rich he not only refunded me the costs of the rug cleaning he went ahead and had the rug cleaned for me. Zerorez exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased.
