First, easy to make the cleaning reservation; your phone agent was great.
Second, the cleaning technician (Mr. Ma'Juan Coleman) could not possibly have been more polite or professional. Right on time, articulately explained everything involved in the cleaning process, THEN did a super job. He even got a blue, year-old, PowerAde spot out from my white carpeting! At the end, no surprises with the billing. Mr. Coleman even refused a tip! (who does that??) I insisted, he said thanks but no. WOW!!! My home now looks fantastic and I have already referred two of my neighbors. THANKS ZEROREZ for a great experience.

I appreciate the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals and residue leaving soaps on my furniture. The technician arrived on time, was extremely polite and most importantly, cared about the quality of his work.
