I've used Zerorez twice. Both Zerorez employees were extremely professional, represented Zerorez (NOT promoting their own 'business on the side') and did a wonderful job - also, they were honest about the 'high-traffic' areas that were obviously not going to look perfect (which I appreciated, and understood). And even after treating the 'high-traffic' areas (my husband tracks home oil and grease routinely as we own a motorcycle shop) I don't see any spots after the Zerorez treatment!

what I liked the most about your product and services is that my rooms smelled clean and looked clean. My son came over and asked me if I had gotten new carpet, then proceeded to remove his work boots immediately.

The service representative was kind and very efficient.
It was 85 degrees out that day and my carpets dried in an hour. The products that were used left my carpets looking better than new. I believe that I will do this at least twice a year. I dont have pets but am a little OCD when it comes to a clean house.

Not a strong chemical odor; dries quickly; employees are friendly; setting up appointments is easy and efficient. What I am confused about....why does pricing feel so variable once your employee is here? Are you giving me the best deal or not? Seems like its quite subjective.

Ryan was very professional and knowledgable about carpet. It got the heavy traffic area clean and it dried very fast.

This is my only regrett that to clean a sofa is so much. I hope that someday you run a special on furniture cleaning.

I just don't like the upsell when they arrive - wanting to add services and money and not guaranteeing their work.

the Technition was very friendly and well informed, I hate I did not take his advise and have the top of my stairs treated for my small pet as he suggested,
he was fast and effective, my stairs we a mess and now they look great.
I think outside of the fact that he did such a great job on the carpet was the fact that he was friendly, courtesy and well informed. I would certainly recommend yo guys and I expect I will be setting up an appointment again soon.

Communication and timing

The health aspects of your product and service really appealed to me. The service was outstanding! I ran an errand close to home and your technicians were already there when I received the call on my cell. A message had already been left on my home phone. When I told the person on the phone I could be there in about 5 minutes and said I was sorry, she was very nice. When I pulled up and apologized I was told not to worry, was greeted with a smile. And when I said I needed to pull up my recycle and trash cans so they could pull up in the drive, he offered to help and when I said no, that's OK, I was helped anyway! The job was excellent and our carpet looked fantastic. Loved the fact that I heard about you from my brother and The FISH.

My technicians (Billy and Kelsey) were the greatest! They were most knowledgeable about the product and all that Zerorez had to offer which sold me on continuing my services with the company. The two together were a match-made for Zerorez. Employee's like the two of them who were 1) very knowledgeable, 2) added helpful hints, 3) such a pleasure to meet and 4) provider of excellent customer service and service techniques, are definitely reasons for keeping them on board.
