Everyone I dealt with was great from phone reps to techs. Bobbie who was my on-site tech was wonderful. He was friendly, professional & knowledgable. The guys who brought back my area rug were great, too, making sure it was exactly as I wanted before replacing my furniture. My only complaint is that I paid for the protectant. My old dog had an accident on the carpet & it doesn't seem that it made much of a difference.
Technicians are well informed and courteous, and the call ahead is very helpful. Carpets look great when finished.

I wanted to tell you that your technician Billy was excellent. He explained the
whole process and went beyond my expectations on getting a coke stain out of my
carpet. I actually thought that when your adds have stated "makes carpet look
new" it is no joke.
I will definatly be telling people tha I know to use zerorez over any body else
even over the "Kirby shampoo attachment" which I was a big proponet of.I will be
contacting you again in about 6 months to redo my carpets for the winter.

My service was handled with total professionalism from the initial request to setup an appointment. The technician was very professional. He came in, looked at my carpets and explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. After completing the cleaning, he asked me to take a look around and see if I was completely satisfied with the cleaning, removed all his equipment and made sure everything was as it was before he arrived. The house smelled so fresh and the carpets, well, I kept telling the technician as he was cleaning that I was totally amazed at how clean the carpets were. Thanks for a JOB WELL DONE.
