Juan was friendly, and did a wonderful job. He was able to clean all of the areas in about an hour and a half. The carpets look great, minus a few stains that are in high traffic areas, and most likely won't come out. It's amazing how much dirt he was able to get out of our carpets! We love that there weren't harsh chemicals used. I feel much better with company coming over because I'm not embarrassed by our stains....because they're NOT there! It's been a little over 24 hours now, and so far we're very pleased. Thanks again.

For most of the area, when the floor dried it was not hard and crunchy the way it is with other carpet cleaning services. The floors also looked brighter and smelled fresh.

There were no odors from the cleaning product. My floors dried quickly. The technician was very informative and professional. Love Zerorez!

Kyle (our tech) was absolutely fabulous. He was very polite, exremely professional and did an amazing job. We fully intend to request him with tile cleaning and sealing. The carpet is as promised - soft and clean - not stiff - it looks great.
