Client Testimonials
Equipment was clean, tech professional, personable, efficient, and carpets looked great!
Employees were professional and did a very good job cleaning carpet.
Your products have cleaned our carpets and recliners/sofa prefectly. The service men that have been sent out, Mike and Andrew are the best! We have recommended Zerorez numerous times and will continue to do so. As to using my name, I always back away from that request. HJ
fast, on time, rugs got clean
Technician arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do, was professional and courteous, cleaned carpets well...and the product is safe for my pups to walk on.
The cleaning process was clean as advertised....(meaning no residue, no odor etc.). My carpet is old (14 years) but most of the stains either came out entirely or were significantly faded. There were a few places that not much could be done in particular at the baseboards due to past years' pest control treatments and use of gas heat. But, overall I think the job was quite well done.
Very friendly service and product worked as advertised.
Good quality, great price, and very professional service.
It actually works! My carpet looks brand new. Your techs are very knowledgeable

The quality and professionalism
I have already recommended Zerorez to two people and my service was just yesterday! I love how clean my carpet looks and feels now. Having a chemical free solution was a huge bonus for me,
great products and great service...it's all good
Punctual and professional
clean, nice personell, less water used on carpet
no CHEMICALS...PROMPT APPOINTMENT TIME WAS KEPT.. I requested a call 20-30 minutes before the tech arrived and that was done.. the tech was very knowledgeable and professional about the service and mannerly as well. I was very impresses with his integrity.
I like the fact that your tech knew what he was doing and he told that it would be 5 hours till it was dry after he finished and he was right on the money with his estimation. He also got a stain out that we were concerned about and the carpet looks great and we will be calling on Zerorez to clean our carpet again. We will also be referring Zerorez to our friends and family. Thats for the great job.
Extremely thorough! I loved the hot, santized water with no soapy residue :-)
Showed up on time. Anthony was so pleasant and gave me a detailed explanation as to what he would be doing. It was a positive experience in every way, and my off white carpet looks great!
Very thorough and cleaned well
it was quick and effective
Michael was great! He was not in a hurry (even though this was a 6:00 pm appointment) and did a fabulous job. He was knowledgeable about the products and services, and eager to make sure we were 100% satisfied. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and even though our carpet is old, the outcome was better than we expected.
"Green"/don't use chemicals
Scheduling was easy
Professionalism
Promptness
Conscientious communication
Adaptability - when they saw an opportunity to add value by adding on services, they did so at a fair price and I did not feel pressured to buy
The technician was very professional and did an excellent job. My carpets were in really bad shape. In fact I really didn't think cleaning was going to be sufficient, and thought I likely needed to replace them. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Worth every penny.

I loved the look of the carpets after they were cleaned and was very impressed with the serviceman, Kenny. He explained how zerorez works and he used the pet treatment too. He was prompt, efficient and quite pleasant. I will definitely use zerorez services again and would love to request Kenny.
