This was my first time using Zerorez after hearing about them on The Bull. I have lived in my home for 7 years and regularly clean my carpet with my home carpet machine. After hearig about their inovated way of cleaning carpet, I just had to try. I have a "few" dogs (5) and needless to say there have been accidents when they were puppies. The technician assigned to us was Patrick Walker. When he arrived he reviewed the areas/rooms with carpet and listened to my concerns that I have with keeping up the look and color of my carpet as well as any odors due to my dogs. He explained the technique used by Zerorez and did not try to up sell service that were not needed. Patrick was polite, professional and just a real nice guy. I was extremly happy to have had Patrick assigned as our technician. My husband and I highly recommend him. He was on time, curtious, and enjoyable to converse with. Carpets always look great when damp. It has now been 3 days since our carpets were cleaned and the color looks better than I had expected...Patrick gave our old carpet life again, and it smells awesome! My carpet was clean after you left, it was practically dry by the time the technician left, and it didn't feel sticky/gummy when it dried.

We have lived in our home for 6 yrs. with four kids a dog and neverending traffic from friends our carpet was in terrible shape. I didn't have much hope but decided I didn't have anything to lose do I called. Just before the tech came I took some before pictures so I would have something to compare the end results to. Wow! What a difference! The matted areas were lifted and our house looks bright and clean again. Our technician Anthony J was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain what he thought would give us the best results. While he did offer other services he was never pushy and didn't become the typical "salesman". We could not be happier with the results or our experience as a whole! We will definately recommend Zerorez to everyone we know along with our technician Anthony J. No other company will ever clean our carpets again!!

I have had other companies to come and clean my rugs but the technician that arrived was very thorough and profession. We had some stoubourn stains that we did not think they would be able to eliminate but he did and we are very pleased.

The tech was very nice and was concerned about my dogs getting out. He went over everything thoroughly and addressed my problem areas. The only thing I didn't like was the smell for the next day or so. It was not a pleasant smell but it faded after 24 hours. Thanks for getting my carpet clean.

One comment. You know we had him put Scotchguard when he finished. I think we paid $100 for the four rooms. In our opinion, that is far too much. It took him a very few minutes and we don't feel the product could be that expensive to warrant the price.

It's AMAZING!!! A MIRACLE!!! We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet, but wanted to try having them cleaned!! We are so glad we did!! The price was great, the service quick, superb, and professional!!
