They work!
Lee, the technician who came to our home, was very knowledgeable about carpets and carpet cleaning. I asked that he pay close attention to the traffic areas, and he did. When he was finished with the job, the carpets looked 100% better. I like that Zerorez is sensitive to the needs of those interested in green products.
Environmentally friendly - and safe!

The clkean smell
prompt response, helpful professional staff
I like that you don't use chemicals. And even without chemicals, you got my carpets very clean. All the spots came out.
The technician explained the cleaning process completely including different options for best results. He was professional and did a great job.
EVERYTHING!!!!
Dries quickly and stains don't seem to come back as quickly-quite pricey though
Gabriel did a very good job. He was polite and very thorough. It was our first time with your company but it won't be the last.
Please see previous response to your email. We have two separate invoices for the same cleaning due to additional requests for service after the initial invoice was completed.
The technician, Dustin, was thorough and explained each step of the process from pretreatment, and pet treatment to the protectant. We are repeat customers of Zerorez but have used other carpet cleaners in the past, including purchasing and using a home steam carpet cleaner. Zerorez by far gives the best results and the carpet stays cleaner longer than any other method.
Fast drying, great stain removal and wonderful techs that come out!
