I was truly amazed...I hear your ads on The Fish and figured if you were half that good, I should be happy. We just moved into a house with what I thought was beige carpetting. The traffic pattern had some spots and some "wear". When Richard got done, I couldn't believe it was the same carpetting! We also had some pet stains (some old and some from ours "marking" those). Those were removed and my pets did not return as the scent must be gone. The carpetting looked brand new. Thank you!!! And I've posted my opinion on my fb page and kudzu.com, and anyone else that will listen.

I have always been satisfied with your service but this time I had to remove a few stains myself ,the quality was a little less this time, I had to temove stains myself that I didn't see before he left.
