the professional way the whole project was handled. We wanted two white chairs that were heavil stained cleaned. The perso onsite checked with his team and they were concerned about the side affects of the regualr cleaning method. They recommended that the chairs be steamed cleaned. They were steam cleaned the next day and they look like new. Very professional.

The technician was very courteous, informative and respectful. He talked with me before he started work, asked me what items were scheduled for cleaning and if I needed anything else that we talked about. He explained additional costs with additional processes, (like the protectant)and other items and products to me,that suited my needs. I showed him the rooms with the problem issues. He explained and showed me other problems that I was not aware of, with my carpet. He gave me a bottle of the solution for newer stains and a clothe to use and showed me how to use it on the carpet. That was a plus! He worked with me during a delivery of a washer and dryer and held off on cleaning that area until the delivery was completed. He gave tips and information on other products and how to keep the carpet clean.

Our technician was extremely nice and very quick! His area carpet cleaner broke when he finished our 1st room but he didn't wait until the company could bring him a new one. Instead, he got out the stair attachment and got down on his hands and knees to clean our other two rooms and was done in only an hour! I wanted to tip him so badly but the company does not allow that. I would surely recommend Zerorez to my friends and will use them again! Thank you for such clean carpets!

I thought the servicemen were professional and did a wonderful job. My daughter's pet had several accidents on my carpet, and your team was able to remove the stain and odor. My carpets look wonderful. I have had Zerorez come to my house twice. The first team did a great job and so did Byron (second visit).

Your company's professionalism, from the phone appointment conversation to the technician and delivery personnel who did the work. Dillon rates a 10+ as Zerorez could not have a better employee to interface with clients as well as to do the cleaning involved. Your delivery personnel who returned our area rugs after cleaning were very professional and well trained also. There were a couple of glitches with receiving the survey and establishing my correct email address. Dillon did his best to correct my address, even calling the office to verify procedure, and I still had to call back twice to get the survey sent. It was important to me to give the kudos to your employess when they were so deserved so I was persistent.

The stains came out and it did not smell like chemicals. It was impressive.

I was really please with the service and the results. Austin represented your company very well. He was polite, truthful and informative when I showed him my dirty berber carpet. The results were beyond my wildest expectations. I didn't think my carpet would every look clean again. I had planned on replacing my carptet after the holidays but I think I may have a few more years of wear if I continue to use Zerorez to clean it. Plus Austin added the protective spray to the carpet to make cleaning a little easier next time :-)
