The young man was friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained what he would do and did a great job. We had several spots from the previous owner and now the carpet looks like new. You would recommended by a friend and I have already recommended you to another friend. He also looked at one of my large oriental rugs and took it with gym to be cleaned. I was very satisfied with the price and the work done. I will certainly continue to recommend Zerorez.

I like the no residue system. Patrick was very courteous and pleasant. I had a closet that needed to be treated for cat urine and although the carpet looks great, it didn't take the odor away. Also, the carpets took until the next morning (18 hours) to dry. All in all very satisfied otherwise.

You called a day or two prior to service and 30 minutes before arriving, technician arrived within allotted window, very courteous technician. Carpet looked great. Took a little longer to dry than technician said, but was not an issue.
My carpet doesn't smell like chemicals after you leave but the carper looks and feels just as clean as when I used to use the companies with the harsh chemicals.

He was very thorough and completely honest about what he thought he could and could not do with the pet stains. This is the cleanest our carpet has ever been.
