The cleaning products do not contain harsh soaps and shampoos which is a concern for me considering we have small children who love to roll around on the carpet, but who also have major sensitivities. The service was great. Our technician, Ronny, was awesome, very customer-friendly. We received calls and emails about our pending appt well in advance and the technician was right on time. He discussed several things with me, not only about the carpets, but about the vents as well. I now understand why we had so much dust accumulation in one particular room of our home. The carpet had not been "professionally" cleaned over 17 years. It had accumulated traffic from six kids, 4 grandchildren and countless pets. Prior to having the Zerorez treatment, I was thinking it was time to replace the carpet. While it probably is time to upgrade, that expense has been deferred for now. The carpet looks brand new. No leftover smells and we returned to normal foot traffic right away. THANKS ZEROREZ

Aaron was our rep and was extremely informative and helpful. Two of our rooms were horrendous from our small dog using it as her potty place. The cleaning worked VERY well! I have used other companies before where a particular stain looked like it was gone but then bled back through. It's been several days and the stains are still gone! I liked how much time Jake took BEFORE he started work to discuss my concerns regarding problem areas, high traffic areas and what was important to me. This helped prioritize the cleaning for the best results. Jake was WONDERFUL!

The technician was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable about the products. My carpet had a very pungent pet odor in certain spots and the products may have resolved this issue. I now am experiencing a neutral smell and clean feeling as I walk across the carpet. I will now allow my children to lie on the carpet again.
