the chemical free solution, wonderful customer service

I recently got a new puppy and had forgotten how hard and long training takes. With a party coming up and the carpet looking like a war zone I had to call someone and the radio ads were absolutely correct. They were able to get all the stains gone that i could notice and the carpet was almost bone dry in my apartment when I got home that evening. They will definitely be coming back for a round 2 once the training is over.

Great service and the carpets get very clean and don't need to be recleaned as often.

You arrived early! Your technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned my carpets without pressuring me to purchase additional services. My carpets look great!

I liked that it was safe and left my carpets looking fresh ! I was very pleaded with the result so far!

Great follow up and a very good job. My carpets look new again !

Carpet stains do not come back.

How clean the carpets get without the additional odors.

I have had my carpets cleaned by zerorez for the second time now, and I was just as pleased this time as I was the first. Both times we saw and smelled a difference right away with none of the stains coming back. This method leaves my home looking and smelling fresh and clean for up to a year. I also love having their water in a spray bottle to treat any messes we make after they have been cleaned. It really does work.

Jacob was fantastic. He explained what he was about to do and why. He even gave me a brief education on ph and pet accident treatments. Carpets look terrific. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. I have rental property around Atlanta and will use zerorez when necessary. I will also recommend to others.

it was a great job all through the house have

Very curteous technician and very clean carpets.

Your service techs are punctual and professional. Your service is reasonably priced, and leaves our rugs and carpets clean and fresh - even with a dog, and her not-so-careful friends having accidents. We anticipate using Zerorez regularly so long as we own this house.

There was no after wash smell

We have used your service for several years, and this last time we noticed our carpet was wet a few days afterwards. The main reason we liked your company, is the carpet didn't remain wet. Not to happy having wet carpet in the basement.

Roebuck

Safe non toxic and effective.

I was very happy with service I received. My carpets were in good shape before but look new again. I am thrilled

I like the fact that no chemicals are used and drying time is minimal.

Always professional and detailed. On time and polite.

They were able to remove some stains that had not come up before. Plus I like that it's safer for the baby.
