The pet stains were all removed from the carpet, the carpet dried quickly and now feels, smells and looks very fresh. Our technician Ryan was very polite and professional.

The experience was better -- and faster -- than I expected. My carpets had not been cleaned in 8 years. Now they look like new. The technician was excellent, very informative, and very professional. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The service was excellent. Very professional in all aspects. Results were very good. Especially, considering the age and condition of carpets!

Everything was great. I had my carpets cleaned. Pet stains were gone, they look great. Also, I had my air ducts cleaned. Richard was very informative and friendly with my children. He didn't make them feel like they were in the way when they wanted to know what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Zerorez. All the technicians were friendly and professional.

Professional, prompt, detail oriented, and courtesous.

The associate who was here was very knowledgeable and informative and when we have our carpets cleaned again I would love to have him back!!

my rug actually got clean and all the animal smells are gone. The Tech was very pleasant, hardworking and eager to please. One spot was very hard to clean. He did his absolute best, I was pleased.

Very professional while providing a great service/product. The carpets looked brand new. Thank you so very much!

My carpet was in horrible condition! I really didn't think it could be cleaned mostly in the high traffic areas. It was amazing how clean our carpet got! I am soo pleased! It was on my honey do list to get hardwood floors but now I can truly wait without feeling unhappy or discontented about the condition of the carpet . Thanks Zerorez. This is real, I have nothing to gain by giving this a+ review. Really works. Oh, and Jonathan was our tech. We want him again.

Professional service. Excellent product.

Very professional technician. Arrived in the time frame scheduled. The only problem we had was with our upholstery cleaning. Our cushions are now "mottled" and stained. I invite a phone call from someone so I can further explain my concerns.
