Your technician DeAndre was very knowledgable, thorough, easy to speak with and he did an excellent job. My carpet on the second floor looks sooo much better, feels good to the touch of bare feet and smells good! DeAndre even got a persistent red Koolaid stain out which is a miracle in itself because nothing I tried before worked.
