I like the fact that your tech knew what he was doing and he told that it would be 5 hours till it was dry after he finished and he was right on the money with his estimation. He also got a stain out that we were concerned about and the carpet looks great and we will be calling on Zerorez to clean our carpet again. We will also be referring Zerorez to our friends and family. Thats for the great job.

Lee, the technician who came to our home, was very knowledgeable about carpets and carpet cleaning. I asked that he pay close attention to the traffic areas, and he did. When he was finished with the job, the carpets looked 100% better. I like that Zerorez is sensitive to the needs of those interested in green products.
