The technician, Dustin, was thorough and explained each step of the process from pretreatment, and pet treatment to the protectant. We are repeat customers of Zerorez but have used other carpet cleaners in the past, including purchasing and using a home steam carpet cleaner. Zerorez by far gives the best results and the carpet stays cleaner longer than any other method.

Service has always been excellent and products are safe for my pets. Michael was extremely courteous and informative.

Service technician Mike did a terrific job! He was on time, friendly, polite, and focused. He even helped me clean the top of a tall ceiling fan so it was clean when it was time to turn it on to help dry the carpet.

Opportunities for improvement:

1. I wanted to tip Mike, but he was unable to accept tips. While I realize that technicians work on commission, I believe as a customer that I should be able to tip for a job well done.

2. It would be helpful to consistently set pricing. For example, in June 2010 when I first used Zerorez the price was calculated differently that it was calculated for this visit in October 2012 for the same house, same same room except no master bedroom closet cleaning this trip. If there are discounts applied for additional services such as the purchase of reusable air filters, then charge the same consistent price for the same number of rooms in the house and apply a discount to that afterwards. Otherwise, it seems that there is inconsistency in the way room carpet cleaning charges are calculated.

3. I considered having a Persian rug cleaned, but the priced seemed high. I may still have this rug cleaned by Zerorez in the future but would like to compare pricing beforehand.

I have ready recommended you many times. The technicians who came to my home were very professional. Polite to my children. They did a wonderful job! We are very pleased.
