The customer service. Everything from the appointment being setup to the tech that came to the house was great. Matt did an excellent job and he made this experience one I will recommend to others. Employees like him keep people like me coming back. Matt also noticed from a picture in my home that I was prior service in the marine corps. He then proceded to tell us that our stairs would be done for free to say thank you for my service. You cannot buy customer service like that and it is truly appreciated. The tech that was at our home that day was not only good at his job but was also a good person and that's the type of company our family will do business with in the future. Thanks

The carpet came out clean. Service rep was cordial and polite. Came early and finished quickly. Over all experience was good.

The technician (Ryan, I believe) was courteous , knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. The service provided was excellent, and there was an immediate difference in the carpet. But that pales in comparison to the carpet the next day... I walked in and was greeted by a clean carpet and a terrific fresh scent. The carpet even felt better under foot. I will never use anyone else.

On time, efficient, and your employees do a good job. They are personable and very

A thirty two year old rug looked being cleaned . Service was great. All fees were agreed upon before he began.

I really appreciate the service I was given by Zerorez from the ease of making an appointment to the wonderful service that the technician provided. My floors look great and he also did my chaise lounge chair. The spots I had on the carpet no longer exist. So it appears to be a great product but time will tell if residue appears. The service technician was very polite and informative. He took great strides to protect the walls and furniture from getting marked up. He walked me through everything he was going to do to the carpet. The carpet looks really good.

Dependable, on time, carpets look great, a little more expensive than other services I have used in the past. Did reccomend to my daughter and gave Lee,who did my cleaning my daughter's name and address in Suwanee.
