The service technicians at Zerorez are the BEST I've experienced in the Atlanta area and I have lived here for 30 plus years. I never have to worry about my carpet turning 'grey' within days or weeks of cleaning and you can see the difference to the point of WOW! clean. Our son was ill and vomit on the carpet was an issue. Kenny was excellent at tackling the job from start to finish. Looked like it never happened. To be honest, it would be difficult to trust our carpet cleaning needs to anyone else.

Your arrival time is within 30 minutes or less of the projected arrival time. I have had Zerorez do my carpeting for 2 years (with the same tech)....much to my dismay Bobby has moved up in the line of command...and rightly earned, but Dillon came and did a great job. Not sure that he equaled Bobby but very very close. Rich, in the office, helped with retriving a "lost" area rug within a matter of hours...great PI....thank you all.

My carpets seem very fresh and clean, I had some horrible stains from home-made skateboard wax (11 yr/old boy) that I had tried to spot clean. It only made them worse. I was very happy that the Zerorez Tech was able to completely remove them.
The carpets always look great! Michael and Lee did an exceptional job cleaning the carpets for my past service. They were very thorough, professional and timely. I have to say they did the best job cleaning the carpets out of any technicians that have come out thus far.
