Making the appointment online was a breeze; the person calling 2 days before to confirm the date and time was pleasant and knowledgeable; the technicians arrived right on time, toured the rooms with me while explaining what they were going to do, were a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond what they needed to do. And my carpets are cleaner than I ever thought possible!
