The guys doing the work did a great job, were very personable and made sure to recommend the right services for my carpet.

Second time was much better than the first. The rep took his time to go over stains and major traffic areas and I could tell a difference like I was hoping from the beginning.

We had a huge coffee stain on our rug and both myself and Lee our technician were not optimistic. He worked his magic and it came clean! We were very excited and I highly recommend our technician Lee. He was very friendly and walked me through all our options. I will always call Zero Rez for carpet cleanings! Thank you
