The service we received the day we had our carpets cleaned was awesome. I received a phone call before the technician was supposed to arrive and he was even early. I was impressed with the outcome. In the past when I have had my carpets cleaned, after a couple of days they looked no different then before being cleaned! It's been 4-days since the cleaning and they still look fresh and clean! I also was pleased with the Service Person - he was very informative and personable.

The fact that the process seemed very clean. Afterwards, the carpet didn't take as long to dry and was not crunchy afterwards.

HOWEVER SOME OF AREAS IN MY LIVING AND DINING ROOMS STILL HAVE MANY SIGNS OF DARK SHADES DUE TO THE UNTHROUGHLY DONE.
