The Tech was prompt. He evaluated the job, and explained what he would do and how he will attempt to resolve the carpet cleaning problems
Both technicians that I had were amazing! Very friendly customer service! There is no way my carpet could be any cleaner! I had a second technician because I still had some cat odor in my room from the previous people that lived here! But the first technician made it go away completely, and somehow it came back a little bit a week after. Basically my carpet is so clean that I would need to replace my carpet to have it any cleaner.
The carpet doesn't get wet like they use to. The technician was very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
