First I think you have a winner in Byron. Byron took pride in his work and took a very professional approach to this project. Byron is personable, competent, and does a great job promoting Zerores.
Now, I think your pricing is a bit high.....but I say that about everything LOL. I know that there are certain things where you get what you pay for and the cleaning Byron did falls into that category.

The staff was very professional and courteous. I haven't been able to inspect the air ducts yet but it seems they did a good job. We had lots of animal fur.
It might be a good idea to have the technicians show the homeowners what the ducts look like before and after.
Zero residue! My carpets are soft and clean! Anthony was extremely professional and did an amazing job. I appreciate that your technicians take the time to protect my walls and other flooring while performing the service. Anthony showed me the progress as he completed each area and it was beautiful!
