I liked that all of the people that I associated with were very professional and friendly. The service man, Anthony, arrived on time. He assessed the areas that I asked to be clean. He did not try to get me to get more than what I contracted for, which I appreciated. The carpets looked great when he was done. I liked that there was a fresh scent when the job was completed, but it was subtle and not too strong. I would definitely use Zerorez again.
