The product's fragrance is refreshing and also fast drying. The prompt service and professional service man was a plus. I would ask for Dana again as he did a thorough cleaning of our downstairs carpet. We plan on calling Zerorez for our upstairs carpeting in the Fall.
Quick cleaning process, got dirty carpets looking great. Problem was too much water was used. Took stairs and hall more than 24 hours to dry and bedrooms over 12 hours.
