On time arrival, extras such as guards placed on room corners to avoid damage by hoses and friendly service. Our rep was Anthony Jackson who was excellent and was training a new employee Lucas.
We decided to have Anthony take our dining area rug back to your facility for cleaning. Hopefully it will look great.

Exceptional results-carpets look amazing-only one concern-the stain repellant that we had put on our carpet was tracked into the hallway and dining room onto our hardwood floors-we have had to clean those areas several times to get the residue removed-I don,t think the technicians were aware that this was happening-your technicians were very nice,efficeint, and punctual-

The service was simple to set up. Signed up on the website by giving available dates, they called back to confirm time, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Your employees were polite, neatly dressed, very professional. I will definitely call you again. The only problem I had was that the carpet still feels damp after several days. I assume this is due to the wet weather we are having at this time.

I loved how clean my carpets were, that there was no residue or harsh chemicals, and that the people were so friendly and helpful. The entire experience was amazing, and I plan to use Zerorez again - I'll never use another carpet cleaning company again! And they even do furniture, too!!
