The service technician James was very professional and friendly. He explained the process that Zerorez uses before cleaning. James was very careful with the hoses as not to scrape the walls or knock anything over. My husband & I both noticed how precise and detailed James was while cleaning so not a spot was missed!! Zerorez was recommended to us by friends and I'm so glad we called. Our carpet looks and feels amazing! James did such a wonderful job! I have already recommended the service to another friend!
