The guy that did the cleaning was very professional and answered all of my questions before moving forward with the estimate. Our carpet needs to be replaced, but Zerorez cleaning will allow us to wait a little longer before enduring the expense of new carpet.

Bill was absolutely amazing. He is so knowledgeable about cleaning and the Zerorez products. He carefully considered what we should do on the sofa and told me why it was not going to come any cleaner (that was disappointing - but I learned I will never try to clean something myself again !) He then worked out a deal to clean spots on my carpeting as a "trade". The customer service was wonderful. I reserved an appointment on line. I called at 5:00 pm Friday to see what time they were coming out on Saturday. She found all if my info, but no reservation. She made a reservation for me. Then, when DustinDustin e came out, he was so personable, knowledgeable, kind to my kids, and he did an amazing job. He was so very careful to protect our walls and clean carpets. He explained in detail what we needed to do the next few hours. It was a very good experience from your company.

Unfortunately, i am still able to smell the dog odor downstairs and plan to call for another service to see if we can alleviate the smell altogether.

Ordering online was very easy. Customer Service called and gave me the approximate time the technician would arrive - which was very accurate. The technician, Anthony was very courteous and thorough. My carpet looks like "new" again. I plan to use Zerorez again in the future.

This is the 3rd time we have used Zerorez. I feel like the sytem use use is much better at extracting dirt and leaving the carpet relatively dry.
Also I must say that the young man we had this time was by far the best. Very professional, courteous and hard working. I believe his name was Josue.

He worked very hard on our pet stains and manage to get the smell out, which another company could not do. He did a wonderful job.
