I was ***hugely*** impressed with how clean my carpet got and stayed CLEAN!!!! My tech was very wonderful and personable. I liked him a lot - he was an excellent representative of your company. I was cleaning my carpet (crappy builder grade carpet in a rental home) every 3-6 months with ServiceMaster. NO MORE! I've been converted to Zerorez!! And those huge fans are the bombdiggity!!! Want!!!! LOLOL!!! THANK YOUUUUUUUUU!!!!!

We liked there was no residue left on the carpets. There was no smell or chemical odor during the treatment or afterwards. The technician was cordial, friendly and professional. We did have a question why we were charge for 3 rooms when we only had 2 rooms cleaned.
