I had my carpets cleaned at my home. The technician, Anthony Thomas, did a great job! He arrived at the scheduled time, and was very nice. He did a great job, and even removed a stain we had in one of the rooms. My carpets look great! They dried quickly, and did not leave any chemical residue that you usually get with other carpet cleaning companies. I will definetely use Zerorez again.

Your technician is the main reason I would recommend your service....in fact, both of them. We had scheduled the appointment for 2-5 PM but there was a mix-up and a technician showed up at 11:15 AM but when I told him I couldn't do it until later, he was so kind and understanding. The technician that came later on was polite, asked about my family, made me aware of the many services and options Zerorez offered, without being pushy, AND did a beautiful job. He even did my upstairs hallway for free. The moldy smell, the dog smell, they are all gone. I will NOT wait another 21 years to have it done again. Thank you so much!! Sincerely, Name removed
