Happy with the duct cleaning, but I need to have First name removed come back to determine what is the smell coming from my vents. By the way, I really appreciated First name removed's honesty and knowledge.

For one you were pro-active about the appointment. There was a cancellation & you called to see if I wanted to move it up. I did. Your technicians were even early for the appointment {new time}. They came in & did their work, but not before explaining what was to happen. I was very pleased with both of them. Yes, I will call again. I am sure I will need it due to my puppy. My carpets are still spot free even after they have dried. They smell clean.

I do like that there is no film residue left on the carpet & that the carpet dries a lot faster as opposed to regular carpet cleaning.
I also appreciate the professionalism as well by my Mr. Thomas. I will definitely use Zerorez again for my future cleaning needs.
