Today has been two days since our carpet was cleaned. It still looks like it did when he left!!! (In the past, with other companies, the spots and dirt were back before it even dried good.) We love it. Our carpet was terrible because we had had a water leak and it was tracked before we knew it. Thought we might have to get new carpet. No - because it looks like new now after Zerorez cleaned it. THANKS!

The carpets that I thought needed replacing turn out almost brand new! The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Eric also was very helpful in assisting me with moving the furniture. I would definitely use Zerorez again.

We are getting our rental house ready for new tenants, and had some pretty nasty, smelly carpets to deal with. They were covered in pet stains. Not only did Zerorez get the carpets clean and fresh, the technicians went out of their way to explain everything to me before hand, but were also very professional, yet friendly. They certainly performed above my expectations! When I need my carpets cleaned again, I will definitely call Zerorez!!

The technician's equipment was not working, so for the first 2 1/2 hours he had to repair the equipment. He was very nice and polite and once he got the equipment repaired he did a good job.

Excellent carpet cleaning! We have pets and after cleaning the carpets look brand new, with no chemical odors and a fast drying time. Zerorez has excellent customer service and the technicians are courteous and do a wonderful job. This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I recommend them highly and will be using them again.
