Technician went above and beyond what was expected!

Eco-friendly cleaning with beautiful results. Service is great except
we had asked to be notified in advance by phone before our area rugs were delivered on 9/11
(to be sure we were home in time) but we did not received any call. I feel that
your lack of communication jeopardized our readiness for the rugs to be replaced
and a possible return trip by your delivery men.

I love the way the water cleans my carpets without any residue. I have older carpet, each time they clean it, it looks almost new. Thank you Zerorez for staying healthy.

Christopher was awesome. Great rep for your company. He was curteous and a nice guy. My only thing on the negative is that it's been 24 hours and our stairs are still soaking wet, but it may be because no we don't have a fan down in that area?? Overall though FANTASTIC job.
