Technician was knowledgeable, product/service were excellent. Although the carpets were only 2 years old, there were some stains and wear marks. When complete, the carpets looked new. We had white tile and white grout in the kitchen that looked brown - when finished it looked new and he sealed it.

The technician was very fast, efficient, and friendly. I love how safe the products are for my kids and pets but strong enough for all the stains they leave behind. There are cheaper options for carpet cleaning but they DO NOT do as good of a job. I will use zerorez from now on.
