The gentleman, Bryon, who came out was exceptionally customer service oriented. There was a mix-up in the time of arrival that was not his fault yet he apologized profusely. I've heard the ad on 104.7 for so many years it seems. I finally said I've got to try this. My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. My carpets were cleaner than we have got them in years!!

Your technician did not come until after 7:00 (supposed to be here between 4:00 and 7:00), and I did not receive a call letting me know if or when he would arrive. I tried to call the office shortly before 7:00, held for at least five minutes, then got a recording saying the office was closed. Although I considered just forgetting the whole thing, your technician, Myles, was so super nice that I let him go ahead. He was professional, efficient, thorough, and did an excellent cleaning job. Frankly, he saved the day for Zerorez.
Two rooms cleaned. They looked incredible when our serviceman finished. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

They really get the job done. Our technician, Byron, was able to get out some stains I thought would never come up. I also like that there is no strong smell after the cleaning. Also, Byron was extremely polite and professional and I really appreciated the hard work he did. Our technician was very polite, professional and thorough. Our carpets from both addresses came out cleaner than we expected and our couches of 8 years looked brand new. We will be using Zerorez for all of our carpet, upholstery and hardwood floor needs in the future.
