we had problems with urine from our pets. it came out and smelled great after the carpets were cleaned. Justin was very professional and informative. I will recommend your company to family and friends.

The tech (Josh Wilson) that cleaned our carpets did a great job. He was very pleasant and I really enjoyed talking to him. I would have loved to tip him but I understand why your company doesn't permit it so I hope you compensate him for his awesome work ethics. Thanks

Prompt, excellent cleaning job, price was right, gentleman who cleaned my carpet was courteous and after he cleaned it he asked me to inspect it to see if there were any areas needing more attention. There were none. In fact a few spots were clean that had been there an long time. Your company was recommended to me by a friend and I have already recommended your company to some friends. Word of "mouth is best advertising".

I like that the service technicians, arrive well in advance of the scheduled time. I've found both of them, most recently Jarvis I think, to be quite customer focused.

Straightforward honest technician. non toxic, green materials.

Very good team to work with. If its not right, they do their best to fix the issue.

Love the quality service and the professionalism of the technician, he addressed all of our concerns and problem areas. Also love the odorless clean and fast drying cycle

We have a very big dog that weve had since he was six weeks old... Which means getting house broken. As any puppy owner knows, they dont always make it outside on time. Our house had old stains and smelt like a dog. Zerorez pet treatment option not only made our house smell completely fresh, but also totally eliminated the pet stains.

Trust the technicians.
