The service men were clean, articulate and represented your company in a very kind but business like manor. Everything was explained beforehand so there were no surprises when it
came time to pay the bill. The time cleaning was quick and left no residue. I will have to give a better assessment in a couple of weeks because that is usually when the dirt seems to re-appear after carpet cleaning. However, I am impressed with no use of chemicals or soap and the overall appearance of my carpets today. The pet stains did not come out at all.

I shall not go down the list of businesses that guranteed their work, their quality of work, I am certain each if you have heard the same pitch....I am also certain when funds are tight you have sought out the beat deal for your money and STILL expected a miracle....Well, I did too..They wonderfully professional young men arrived on time, placed shoe covers over their shoes and immediately assessed my wall to wall carpets..They also noticed one of my LOVES, Persian rugs..Rugs that have been here for many years and have NEVER been cleaned out of fear of damage and expense..

They removed the majority of the stains from the wall to wall and left them amazingly clean and barely damp.

The REAL treat was yesterday..They returned my 8 Persian rugs..and displayed them for me..Oh My Goodness!...I could not believe how beautiful, and clean and free of dust..

All of the technicians were very personable and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I had the ducts cleaned so there isn't anything that I can see but I am sure that any mold or junk is gone. Also, I am a realtor and have recommeded the carpet cleaning to several clients who were very happy. Even the pet stains were gone.
