Kyle was outstanding with his helpful suggestions & options in dealing with my carpet that had some "unique" problems. One pathway also had very heavy dirt from foot traffic & it was questionable as to whether it would come out...it DID!!! My carpet came out looking GREAT! I was VERY pleased with the results & will definitely use you again & request Kyle as my tech. I have already recommended ZeroRez to several friends & told them to ask for Kyle (for great service!).
PS - Kyle, I did not get the job. But, I am relieved bc 2 opened up at branches closer to my home! Also, is it possible that the new guy (David ?) wasn't familiar with all of your equipment pieces & accidently packed up my Dyson brush attachment (thinking it was y'alls)? I had my vacuum out that day & now cannot find my brush attachment anywhere...and believe me, I've looked high & low! If so, I know it was accidental, please check & let me know. Thanks! The technician was on time. They called 25 minutes before arrival. The technician, Eric, was very nice. He answered my questions before starting. He did a very good job on some old stains. I was very happy with the results. I will definitely use zerorez again.

I liked the courteous manner of the technician. He explained his whole procedures. He was very attentive to the spots that were on my carpet and asked if I knew what had caused them. I didn't. When he was finished the spots were gone. He worked very hard on the edges of the carpet. I knew that it was a difficult job. They look great! Professional, quick and thorough

I love the small window that I was given so I didn't have to sit around all day and wait. My time frame was 11:00-12:30 and my guys arrived at 11:00. Wow! I was greeted, informed in detail about the procedure and it all went exactly the way it had been described. The technicians were both friendly and professional. Customer service via telephone and email was outstanding. Thanks to all for a great job!
