I have used Zerorez 3 years in a row to clean our carpets. They have always come out great.
This time I took the opportunity to try their offsite cleaning for a couple handmade rugs, they will be back in 10 days. The technician as in times past was polite, informed and answered questions. The only thing I am not 100% satisfied with , is when booking , I was asked what time of day would I like and when they called back to confirm I have not been scheduled in that block of time. They have tried to accomadate as close as possible, but if you are not going to give the client the time you have said is available please don't offer it.

When I saw how the detergents in previous cleaners had built up and allowed my carpet to pick up dirt I was amazed! The CLEAN was AWESOME!! The technician was not only performing his duty BUT gave me a lesson in how the product gave such amazing results. I was literally holding my breath that he would get the stains out of my son's carpet. Zerorez! I'm hooked on YOU!! Thank you Eric 2.0!!!
The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and informative, and were very efficient. They even cleaned the attic fan duct which isn't even connected to the heating/AC unit. They also took a large area rug with them to clean and guaranteed removal of dog urine odor that was there due to a sick dog that we had to put down. My headaches have gone away! I would highly recommend Zerorez.

The technician was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the product and service. Because of the size of my rooms, the service only took about 45 minutes to complete and the carpet was completely dry within only a few hours. The one stain that was on my carpet was completely extracted and the carpet felt so soft and brand new again.

The only thing that bothered me was that the coupon from Angies list and your appearance on the TV the day before you came said that the price for three rooms was $129.00. However, when I called to make the appointment, I was told that there was an extra charge for travel.Why dont you give us the real price to begin with. You cant do the work if you dont travel. That left a bad taste. However, I would hire you again for the excellent work you do. There are no rez.
