Cleanliness. Seems like a joke to say when referencing a cleaning service, right?! Your tech (Dillon) is the face of your company for me. His first impression is all you get. He nailed. He was clean, nicely dressed, very appropriate, courteous, friendly, and punctual. What else do I want?! Oh yeah, clean carpets. He did this quickly and with minimal impact to the life that goes on around that carpet. I'm impressed.
