Dana Mason was the ultimate professional when he walked in my house. He new exactly what needed to be done and started working right away. My bedroom rug which is up stairs was going to be cleaned and he started with that room first. He then proceeded to down stairs to clean the dining room and living room. Dana did a great job and explained what he was doing and why. We were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
