System eventually worked excellently. First treatment resulted in stains leaching back up, but second ("more powerful") treatment removed all remaining stains and had no further leaching of stain. Recommend use the stronger treatment in the first place!
Really what I appreciated was Josh and BJ's professionalism, obvious knowledge of their products and services and pride in a doing a job well. Carpets look great, they are pretty new so didn't have stains or problem areas to worry about. Getting my two large area rugs cleaned now so look forward to seeing those results.
