Cleaning method

Quick!

rugs feel clean and look fantastic

Professional and careful cleaning. It was fast and the difference was amazing. There was absolutely no chemical smell and the carpet dried fast. All the rooms, hallway and stairs came out so clean and the carpet was actually revived. I really thought we needed to consider replacement, but not now, after Zerorez!

Thanks you Doug!

Everything was very good.

Cameron does a great job. Always professional and freindly.it is good to know i requested him as the technician and my request was honored.

I pass out drunk on the carpet and not get up smelling bad!!

They are chemical free and personal was very good to work with

They are green. On time, technican. Very polite. Job well done . We were not told ahead time that we could not let the wooden furniture touch the cleaned wet carpet& zeorrez did not provide any material to take care of this. We bought coasters the day of the cleaning. We like the fact that there is a 30 day satisfaction guaranty

Every thing nd

Excellent spot removal. Excellent technician did carpet. Just the nicest guy ever. The guys who did duct cleaning were also excellent and gave a fair price for all they did. Both services explained thoroughly and were excellent with explaining to my elderly Mom so she felt part of decision making.

Everything. The service, being on time, I enjoyed Jarvis (he was very professional) and the cleaning was remarkable. I will be using you in the future and recommending Zerorez to my friends and neighbors.

The technicians were timely, polite and professional. There was no attempt to up sell. We were told upfront that all pet stains would not come out. Odors did. All in all, a good experience.

Friendly technician. Quick online service. Need to work on your website, since I had to call after signing up online. The person answering the phone had no clue or could not access the web data.

You only use water. Technicians are extremely well trained, professional, polite and efficient.
Your process gets out stains the competition cannot. I have tried the others and this is my second cleaning by Zerorez - which is the only company I plan to use from now on.
